The next in a series of conversations…
She walks up to Colleen this time and says, “Have you seen my dad?” To which Colleen replies, “I don’t know. What’s he look like?” Without missing a beat, Violet responds, “He’s got black hair and crazy eyes.”
We went to the park the other day, in between the marathon sewing sessions Colleen had to endure this weekend. Violet, it turns out, loves the water. She definitely didn’t get that trait from me.
Prompted by the whole BPA plastics scare, we were finally motivated to get rid of the bottles once and for all. It was quite a momentous step, one that merited a photograph. We’ve had bottles in our lives since May 3rd, 2005, nearly three years feeding someone or another 6 to 8 bottles a day. That’s nearly 9,000 bottles. So, to see these bottles in the trash is pretty amazing.
