Bubbles
It was a rainy afternoon in Raleigh, but still warm enough that it made for a nice afternoon of bubble blowing. Literally an entire afternoon of blowing. Nearly two hours of bubble blowing. It went on and on and on. I thought small people had short attention spans. I can’t even enjoy something like that for two hours. I struggle making it through a movie.
The little bunny bubble blower was a major hit. It’s the little things in life, really. A bunny bubble thing from a preschool Easter party and they were entertained for a very long time. I’m not complaining, too much. It gave me time to clean off the porch, organize the toys in the yard, and draw a hopscotch thing on the sidewalk.
Violet has made a friend at school. It is so sweet hearing her talk about another person in such an endearing way. She absolutely loves her new friend. Today they got to go to lunch together and play on the play stuff at McDonalds. They had a very full day.
Mason’s not been feeling well. Darn preschool. He’s got a gross, runny nose, you can see it in some of the pictures. He’s been waking up a lot at night the last few nights.
He’s still pretty stinking cute, though.
